I have thoroughly enjoyed "The Glass Wall" series by Carmen Caine. I have read them all. Carmen Caine always does a wonderful job of writing her characters & enveloping her readers into the world of the Fae & all that entails. I love how her stories flow & are so well written!I had been waiting for months to read "The Inner Circle" & I was not disappointed! WOW! I feel like I got to watch the characters grow & develop into more than they were at the beginning. There are so many things that I would love to point out & talk about because I'm so excited - but I hate when others allude to things that cause you to come to conclusions because it spoils it.
I will say that the end left me with that "WHAT?!?! NOW?!?!" feeling. *lol* I cannot wait to get my hands on the next book! I LOVE my "time with" Sydney, Rafael & Jareth.
There are books you read & enjoy. Then there are books that you almost feel like you're experiencing & that shows the talent of the author, in my opinion.

Throughout the third book, Sydney is constantly fighting the love that she feels for Raphael because she still doesn't know if she can truly trust him. With mesmers, evil tulpas, and the inner circle causing trouble around every corner she has to put her trust in Jareth to protect her. Jareth has his own problems to deal with and he must face who he really is.
Decisions are made and blue threads are leading to destruction. Will love win out or will fate run it's course
I have fallen for this series, and if there are ever more, I will make it a point to read them too. This story drags you in, the pace never slacking for even a minute. You are hard pressed to put the book down even when you are ready for bed. Even then, it will be on your mind. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes Urban Fantasy and Romance.
I read this book knowing it was number three out of four. I didn't expect much in explanations, so I wasn't disappointed. I like this series because the heroine seems real in her behaviors and actions. the family is special in such an ordinary way, a nice contrst to the fantastical story surrounding them. Looking forward to The Egg.
This book will not let you down it is brilliant. You just fall in love with all the characters even more, Rafael and Sydney's story is just wonderful and you really fall in love with Jareth and your heart goes out to him. By the end of the book you really do feel sorry for him and hope that things will work out later for him.
By the time you come to the end of the book you just wish that the final book the egg was coming out now instead of 2014. Roll on 2014.

Teens only. This has an OK story premise but the teen hormones really get in the way of the story itself. If you could clear out some of the drooling over the male characters (OK the first few times but getting much more tedious as time goes on) this would be a good book. Good ideas, good basic characters, nice conflict. I bought all three but by the end was skimming.
This is the kind of book that I wanted to neglect everything for just so I could keep on reading! This has to be the best book so far in the Glass Wall series.
Book 2 left me wondering what Rafael was up to and this book gives some of those answers. The Inner Circle brought more questions, leaving me with another shocking cliffhanger about Jareth. I am eagerly looking forward to the next book.
I love this series but I'm almost more annoyed by this cliff hanger than excited. I really wish this book was longer. It just flew by too fast! I think my favorite book was number 2. I was really excited for this one to come out and to see what happens next but I am left with more things left unanswered it seems. I didn't realize this wasn't the last book but I am glad it's not because I want it to keep on going. I hope the next book has some more meat to it as far as answers, yet I'm not wanting it to end at the same time. I love long books and long series! My favorite thing about this series is I feel like I can recommend it to anyone since it is a good clean book.
